2. VEGAN SWARMA BEEE BOWL

A vegan shawarma bowl with Farro as the base, cucumbers, pickled onions, mint and a smoked tahini dressing.

3. CAULIFLOWER CHICKPEA CURRY

Roasted Cauliflower chickpeas in a beautiful spicy curry sauce and served with brown rice and greens. 

4. LENTIL AND POTATO MOUSSAKA

Vegan Lentil Moussaka with eggplant, potatoes, lentil and walnut crumbles, topped with a creamy cashew bechamel. Served with a green salad on the side.

 

5. CARIBBEAN POTATO SOUP

A bright and hearty soup featuring a blend of ingredients including sweet potato, kale, okra and northern white beans.
