I know how important it is to have healthy meals when people break their fast. Folks can get Four 3-Day Meal Plans or what's equivalent to a month's worth of meals (TOTALING 24 MEALS) along with one of our healthy snack boxes for $550 (FULL BUNDLE). They can also get Two 3-Day Plans or two weeks' worth of meals (TOTALING 12 MEALS) along with the snack box for $250 (HALF BUNDLE). Also, on Saturday, March 25th, I will be hosting a meet-up experience called, "Plant Medicine and Women Wellness".
This event is in celebration of National Nutrition Month and Women's History Month. I will be doing a chef demo highlighting plants that are essential for womb wellness. Snack bags will be available for attendees and we will also take a stroll in the garden to see what is growing and what is coming in season. I am super excited about this event. It is the first of my monthly meet-ups where I can connect with you all and get to know you as well. The event is only $10 and will take place at The Outdoor Activity Center in Southwest Atlanta.
