Living a Life in Wellness is a Practice

As I reflect over the life that I want to have and the practices in my wellness that I am striving for, I am realizng that it is a daily practice....It is something that you must choose to work to improve upon every single day...really every single moment. 

This thing is not easy. It is no work for the weary...It is a constant conversation that you are having with with yourself about what you are choosing to let go, who you are, who you want to be, and what you stand for. And sometimes, the things that you need to let go are really things that you feel super connected to.

I did a video this past week on YouTube entitled, What You Are Not Changing, You Are Choosing that you should check out. I truly believe that deep in our subconscious, we are making decisions about what we are willing to live with and what we are willing to work to change. In many cases the things that we are willing to live with don't help us to raise our vibration so that we can elevate and get to our purpose work and our best selves. All of these deep conversations with with self, is a constant practice. And in order to be successful at getting somewhere close to what you want for yourself, for your wellness, you have to create systems in your life and work to improve upon them. You have to see what works, what fails, what feels good, what feels bad, what gives you good results, and what gives you bad ones.

This is the Practice.

You are the experiment. You are the scientist of your life. It is all a practice of choosing.

So I leave you with this questions, what are you holding onto that no longer serves you? It's time to make choices that align with your well-being and growth. Your journey may not be easy, but it's worth the effort.
