Weekly Drop of Wisdom | How Awesome is doTERRA Turmeric?

I am so pumped from last week's dōTERRA Dream Convention in Salt Lake City. We learned so much about essential oils. As you all know, there are new oils that were released. I want to introduce you to TURMERIC Essential Oil. Yes I said it, TURMERIC. This will be a good oil to incorporate into your daily routine if you want to increase your intake of antioxidants. Turmeric is also wonderful because of curcumin, which is an active ingredient that helps to fight inflammation. I am planning to use this in quite a few of my recipes.
