I just wanted to pop in really quickly and share TWO Opportunities to Connect with me that is coming up.
On Saturday March 25th, I will be hosting a meet up experience called, "Plant Medicine and Women Wellness"
This event is in celebration of National Nutrition Month and Women's History Month. I will be doing a chef demo highlighting plants that are essential for womb wellness. Snack bags will be available for attendees and we will also take a stroll in the garden to see what is growing and what is coming in season. I am super excited about this event. It is the first of my monthly meet-ups where I can connect with you all and get to know you as well. The event is only $10 and will take place at The Outdoor Activity Center in Southwest Atlanta. Yes, we have 5 SPOTS LEFT for "The Palate Reset - Jamaica Retreat" and I personally would like to invite you. Y'all, when I hosted the retreat for my first group in Jamaica, to say it was magical wouldn't even do it justice. It was down right EPIC!
