This has been one heck of a busy season! We have been holding a few episodes of the podcast up our sleeves and now it is time to release them before the year ends. The Healing Me First | Podcast will drop Episode 11 today at 12 noon on YouTube with Ama Opare. You don't want to miss it. In this episode, we talk about her journey with self-love and living in Tanzania.
