BIG NEWS TO SHARE…

Hey Hey [FIRST NAME GOES HERE],

{FYI – long email alert, but stick with me until the end!}

I know that you have been working hard to get your business game on point. You have been focused on the daily tasks you need to make sure all your I’s are dotted and T’s are crossed.

But in the process of all this amazingness that you are creating in your business, there are a couple of things that you haven’t quite figured out yet. You know you will need ongoing support and mentorship to grow your business…and you still haven’t quite nailed down how to consistently incorporate self-care as a practice.

You are starting to feel the changes in your body, and arguably, some of those important biometric numbers may be approaching the out of range mark. You want to eat cleaner, incorporate more movement and maybe even learn a few wellness lifestyle tips. You would love to escape from all of the day-to-day hussle with a quick getaway, but you don’t always have the desire or energy to figure out all of the details.

Sis, I get it. You are doing all of the things to glow up and it can get overwhelming. But here is why it is important to focus on you: For women of color entrepreneurs, self-care is not a luxury…it is a necessity. While women of color are the fastest growing group of entrepreneurs it isn’t always an easy road and you need support every step of the way. Transitioning to an ownership role in a business takes a huge shift in mental and physical capacity and you need to constantly pour into yourself in order to stay sane, inspired, and productive. Without the best systems in place, being a founder can be a 24/7 struggle. When women of color overwork themselves and neglect their wellness, it can take a toll on their health and ultimately their businesses.

Because of this, I saw a need to support women of color entrepreneurs with their businesses and also help them prioritize their health and wellness.

I am so excited to introduce you to our new Healing Me First Wellness Center. The goal of the wellness center is to provide women of color entrepreneurs a place where they can escape in order to rest, reset, and level up their businesses. Allow me to show you how you can use simple lifestyle medicine tools to support your well-being, while also helping you grow your business.

The Healing Me First Wellness Center is located in Duluth, Georgia. Our goal is to work with small groups of women that want to rest, reset, and grow.

We will provide the following services:

  1. Host VIP business coaching weekends
  2. Host rest-in mini weekend retreats
  3. Host plant-based culinary classes
  4. Provide holistic plant-based wellness coaching
  5. Host other plant-based wellness experiences and workshops

The Nap Ministry’s mastermind, Tricia Hersey, says, “Rest is an act of resistance and that women of color have historically earned the right to rest and pour back into themselves unapologetically.” This is especially critical for women of color in business..

For the entire month of December, I am extending a special invitation to you to be a part of our soft launch rest-in mini retreat during one of the following weekends: December 1-3, 8-10, 22-24 and 29-31.

I will have two spots available each weekend for guests to stay and experience the Wellness Center. Your stay includes lodging, light meals and refreshments, one hands-on plant-based culinary class, a yoga session and the option for massage therapy session at an additional charge.

For this exclusive experience, we're offering a special 50% Discount for Black Friday/Cyber Monday on the retreat package in the amount of $600. With the holiday season fast approaching, it is a great time to prioritize yourself and make December a month of transformation, relaxation and inspiration for you and your business.

If you have any questions or need more information, please feel free to reach out. I am so excited about what’s to come and look forward to sharing this incredible experience with you.

Much Love and Light,
