Greetings and Happy Wellness Wednesday!
As we continue flowing through Black History Month, I wanted to take a moment to highlight four new amazing Blacktastic pioneers on my list in Health, Wellness, and Business. Yes! These folks have definitely created a space for themselves and should be recognized.

BHM Fun Fact 6 - (February 6th) - Arthur Gaston established the Citizens Savings and Loan Association, the A.G. Gaston Construction Co., and CF Bancshares, a financial institution. Gaston was one of the richest African-American men in the U.S. throughout the 1960s. He was a leading employer of African-Americans in Alabama.
BHM Fun Fact 7 - (February 7th) - James McCune Smith, MD was a man of first. In 1837, he became the first black American to receive a medical degree. He was also the first black person to own and operate a pharmacy in the U.S. and the first black physician to be published in U.S. medical journals.

Consider This as We Ride Over Hump Day that I Started Doing:
Since it’s Wellness Wednesday, I wanted to share something that I am now incorporating every week to create discipline and control in my eating. I have started doing a No Chew Wednesday — Yes! I have incorporated a day of fasting every hump day and I feel really great. Check out my No Chew Wednesday Video to learn more about what I do.
I would love to hear from you if you would incorporate something like this weekly to support your well-being.
Send me a response email. I would love to hear from you.
Okay, take care for now and talk to you soon!
